Bisley Pavilion – Perfect for Weddings, Live music and more.

Refurbished over the past 5 years, Bisley Pavilion offers a total of 4 separate function rooms. When used together they can seat a total of 530 for a meal and dancing. Verandas surround the entire building for summer occasions.

Used extensively for Wedding Receptions, Dinner/Dances, private parties, Discos, Concerts, and Business Conferences, Bisley Pavilion has full in-house catering facilities with pre-set menus of all variations and custom menus available to suit all.

Three licensed bars (till 2am) are located throughout the building, with kitchen facilities located in the centre of the building to quickly serve all function rooms.

The Ballroom

The Ballroom occupies one side of the building and is one of only several buildings left in the country to have a suspended wooden dance floor. Most guests occupying the Ballroom can use the Lounge Bar as a reception area to greet their guests.

Lounge Bar

The Lounge Bar is often used by most guests occupying the Ballroom as a reception area to greet their guests.

Lounge Bar Capacity: 70 standing 40 seated

Shooters Bar and Regency Room

Shooters Bar and the Regency Room occupy the opposite end of the building to the Ballroom. They are separated by a removable wall so they can be easily combined as one.

Regency Room Capacity: 120 standing 80 seated

Shooters Bar Capacity: 140 standing 110 seated
